An important message from Erik Nelsen and the City of Newport Beach

Erik Nelsen Surf Camps, Ocean Adventure Program & the City of Newport Beach

We understand this is a challenging time for our country and the world, so I wanted to reach out to let you know about our upcoming Summer Camp season.

While we’re in a period of uncertainty, we’re confident that we’ll be able to get back to the beach by summer, and so registration for summer camp season is open.

We would like to give you a chance to plan out your summers and get the kids involved in healthy, outdoor activities without the commitment in a period of uncertainty. In an effort to reassure parents looking to sign up for camp, the City of Newport Beach is guaranteeing a full 100% refund in the event the summer camp season is cancelled

Over the next 10 weeks, we’ll be closely following national, state and local health guidelines to ensure we’re providing campers with the most enjoyable and safe summer camp experience possible, incorporating new health standards and social distancing guidelines into the camp structure. The City of Newport Beach will make the final call if Summer Camp are to run. Don’t hesitate to contact them with any new health standards and social distancing guidelines; we will follow their lead.

We look forward to seeing you this summer for a much needed summer escape.

Recap:

  • Registration IS OPEN for Summer 2020
  • FULL REFUNDS guaranteed by the City of Newport Beach if the Summer Camp season is cancelled
